First look at Yellow Dog:

I managed to convince the family to let me head quite out of the way for a nice cup of coffee and a stop to check out Yellow Dog, which is a new bakery over in the Oakwood area of town. They have a parking lot right near the Raleigh City Farm, and a bright sunny interior.


Devin really enjoyed his pumpkin muffin, it was moist and delightful. And my cappuccino was FANTASTIC (I say this in all caps because I am very demanding about my coffee). I liked the croissant but wished it were a little less chewy.

Overall we really enjoyed Yellow Dog and will definitely be back.
