I had been dying to go to this place since I checked out the website and found out that they actually make each individual donut to your specifications. You get to eat it straight after it comes out of the hot oil and is slathered with your choice of a ton of glazes, icings, powders and sugars..

O.C. Sand DonutReeses Donut

AAAAGGGHH, soooo gooood!!!

I tried the O.C. sand donut, with honey glaze and cinnamon sugar. Hubby had the Reese cup donut. We had to patiently wait what seemed like an eternity for the donuts to cool off enough to eat them. (15-30 seconds) The toppings were melty, the doughnuts were cakey but delectably soft and moist.

I have to say that the doughnuts are not as good after they have cooled for a few hours. So eat em while they’re warm! Also a note of warning. I would advise not to attempt eating more than one of these at one time.

Daylight Donuts

4 out of 5 stars

On the scale of density, with Krispy Kreme on the feather pillow end and Dunkin Donuts in the middle, these are on the other side of the spectrum.  They are denser but still completely enjoyable and delectably fresh.  The coffee is also good, not near dunkin quality but waaaay better than Krsipy Kreme's.  This place also carries cookies and low fat muffins in a variety of flavors, and of course donut holes.
