An interesting observation I’ve made about dieting is that we are more motivated on Monday. Perhaps due to the excesses of the weekend, or the prospect of starting another week well looking flabby. I personally am starting a new fitness program, which is focusing on strength training as well as increasing my protein intake. (If you’re curious, it’s from a book called The New Rules of Lifting for Women.)
I had already started this whole fitness thing by joining O2 Fitness and counting calories with MyFitnessPal. But maintaining a healthy diet is very difficult when you are a food enthusiast! Especially dining out as often as I do.
So I’ve decided to do a post every Monday detailing where you can get a healthy bite to eat that you’ll feel good about.

Roly Poly is a sandwich and salad place that I’ve only recently discovered, and I’ve really enjoyed their wraps so far. This is the Delhi Chicken sandwich from Roly Poly. It’s $3.95 and only 302 calories for a 6-inch wrap. In addition, you can’t really go wrong with any of the wraps at Roly Poly except the “Pounder” which is pretty self-explanatory.
