In our next edition of Motivated Monday I tackle a steak salad from Qdoba! Combining one of the yummiest foods with one of the foods I am most reluctant to eat. The combination works. But you just have to be diligent about your order. This picture is actually of the chicken version.
A steak salad, without the fried tortilla shell. Toppings I chose are shredded cheese, corn and bean salsa, and some dressing on the side. I decided I could do either cheese, guacamole or sour cream and ended up choosing cheese. We end up with a pretty filling lunch. You can do you own picking and choosing with the interactive nutrition calculator on their site. The pulled pork or grilled chicken is an even healthier choice, but I had to have some steak.
