In our next edition of Motivated Monday I tackle a steak salad from Qdoba! Combining one of the yummiest foods with one of the foods I am most reluctant to eat. The combination works. But you just have to be diligent about your order. This picture is actually of the chicken version.
A steak salad, without the fried tortilla shell. Toppings I chose are shredded cheese, corn and bean salsa, and some dressing on the side. I decided I could do either cheese, guacamole or sour cream and ended up choosing cheese. We end up with a pretty filling lunch.Â Â You can do you own picking and choosing with the interactive nutrition calculator on their site. The pulled pork or grilled chicken is an even healthier choice, but I had to have some steak.
