| 1 (20 | ounce) can unsweetened crushed canned pineapple |
| 4 | eggs |
| 1/4 | cup sugar |
| 3 | tablespoons butter |
| 4-5 | thick slices white bread, torn into peices |
- With mixer combined eggs and sugar. Stir in softened butter and pineapple (not drained). Stir in bread peices until mushy.
- Place in greased casserole. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. May be made the night before and kept covered in the refrigerator.
