Motivated Monday – Bangkok Curry Noodles with Side Salad

I’ve just got a quick blog post for this motivated monday. A healthy lunch that was good from Noodles & Company, and clocked in at only 375 calories. The only sad part is you have to watch your lunch-mates eating the macaroni and cheese.

Tossed Green Side Salad with Fat Free Asian Dressing (45 cals)

It’s good that there are so many choices from N&Co. I think I prefer the Japanese Pan noodles here but this was a nice change with a little coconut flavor and shrimp.
