Verna’s Easy Fishcakes
This recipe is easy. I often add shredded sheddar and green onions to spice it up. You can switch out canned salmon for the tuna.
|1 (6||ounce) can canned tuna|
|3||slices bread, torn into peices|
- Combine all ingredients.
- Form patties.
- Panfry in butter on medium heat.
