Taisho is an Americanized sushi place that has an all you can eat sushi deal without the poor quality of buffets. You place orders for the sushi on fun little slips of paper with check boxes as you want it and the waitstaff will bring it out to you. Service can be slow here because there are so many people constantly ordering. But the sushi is good, even if the pieces of fish are a little small compared to what you'll normally get with nigiri. This place also has some cooked dishes and normal-style ordering if you don't want all you can eat.
