Sushi Buffet: Good price, but suspect sushi

I've eaten here twice, and both times the food was acceptable. For the price, you'll be well fed. But my patience with buffets keeps waning, because the food is just not fresh. It can't be when it sits out like that. And here the sushi sits for a while, so the fish gets lukewarm, which puts me off. And the chinese food is pretty wilty as well. Probably the same quality of food you'll get at almost any buffet (except Crazy Buffet), but still not good enough for me to go back again.  Sushi Buffet is located in a dive of a shopping center, the same one that has Boynton Diner and a Blockbuster in it.
