Affordable tiny little French bistro

Monet Cafe is so diminutive, I only recently discovered it, though I've been in this shopping center quite a few times. They serve a selection of sandwiches, soup, quiche, and hot sandwiches like Croque Monsieur. The Monsieur was what I had, and it came with a freshly prepared side salad and a light italian vinaigrette which was slightly peppery. I would return here, especially to sit at one of the outside tables and enjoy a treat.
