I brought some Brits here who were in town for the week and they loved the experience. I got to try some fried green tomatoes, which I loved, and they got to learn about hush puppies, cornbread, and biscuits. I had the chicken fried steak. It was pretty good but I expected a sausage gravy on it and it came with a brown gravy. The sides were ok but nothing to get excited about. All of the desserts were wonderful (including my amazing chocolate pecan pie). I got happy nods from the guests about their rib and chicken dinners.
