Village Deli is the ultimate home style deli. When I went I ordered a ham and cheese sub with a whole wheat sub roll, and I also got a side of yummy potato salad. The deli has an amazing selection of sandwiches on fresh breads. A friend ordered the veggie panini (cucumber, tomato, feta, and lettuce on fresh panini). The best part of the whole meal were the desserts. I had the most amazing piece of coconut cake I have ever sunk my teeth into. It was fresh and moist and the frosting was sugary and homemade.

The fries were a tad salty, but I had one of the best reubens I’ve ever eaten.
I love the Village Deli! I was first introduced to this gem of a restaurant at the Cameron Village location… for weeks I craved that yummy goodness. Then I found out there is a location in Wake Forest about a 5min drive from my job! I love it – best food in the area hands down!
